September, 2009    March 2010   Thank you to our Family, Friends and Commnuity Members for attending our 1st Anniversary Celebration of our Special Care Unit "Gardenview Neighborhood" on Wednesday February 17, 2010. We encourage and welcome visitors so please feel free to stop in and visit anytime! If you have not visited Gardenview Neighborhood call or stop by for a personal tour. Thank  You to our Family & Friends who attended our February Family Night "Memories of 2009" Slide Show ~ It is always a pleasure to view photo's of the past year ~ Memories are beautliful & pictures say 1000 words! Congratulations to Stephanie Miller, Special Care Unit Activity Assistant for being voted as March 2010 Employee of the Month! Residents vote for Employee of the Month during their Monthly Resident Council Meetings.   Mark your calendars for uncoming events: March 17th: St Patrick's Social 2:00p.m. (Wear Green) March 19th: Resident Food Committee Meeting, Reps from our vendor, M.J.Kellner will be here with a food presentation and samples. Residents are encouraged to attend the Monthly Food Committee Meetings, this is a wonderful oppertunity to help plan meals and make suggestions. March 27th: Sunrise Manor's Annual Easter Egg Hunt 11:30a.m. Egg Hunt is open to ages 2-10 ~ 2-5 year olds will be in our court yard & 6-10 year olds will be on our front lawn ~ Special Egg Prizes ~ Photo's with the Easter Bunny ~ Bring your own basket. Our residents love to watch the kids hunt for eggs, bring your family and join in the fun! March 30th: Is National Doctors Day ~ Make sure to Thank your Doctor for the wonderful care he/she gives.    Safety Reminder...  We would like to remind family & friends that any electrical items (ie:Lamps, T.V.'s, Radio's & such) must be inspected by our Maintenance Department prior to being placed or used in you loved ones room. This is a precaution to assure the safety of our Residents.
